As the Service Support Specialist, you will proactively interact with customers via phone or email to identify needs and determine appropriate actions or escalate issues for further review. Working closely with internal teams, you will be based in our Salford Quays office in Manchester, with a hybrid work arrangement of three days in the office and two days remote.
Typical daily responsibilities include:
* Managing our bespoke Case Management System
* Creating work orders for repairs and maintenance
* Generating offers for repairs and maintenance in our ServiceMax system
* Creating contracts for bench service
* Investigating service finance queries, creating credit notes, and re-invoicing
* Collaborating with Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes and meet department KPIs through visual management and countermeasures
Essential requirements:
* Fluent or native English speaker
* At least 3 years of progressive administrative experience in a B2B environment, including familiarity with various administrative systems and confident use of PC and Office software
