Great job opportunity. We need flexible workers in Greater Manchester. We have over 100 nurseries around Greater Manchester that need flexible childcare staff in the Wigan, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford areas. You will be in full control of the shifts you want to do and will be supported during the onboarding process. Safeguarding training and an induction are provided.

Current flexible childcare workers enjoy being in control of their working week. We have retired workers who still want to work with children, workers in between jobs, university students who need work around lectures, and Teaching Assistants/teachers seeking extra hours in holidays or after school. You will be supported throughout the registration process by a friendly on-hand team.
Desirable Qualifications
* Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Early Years, QTS or equivalent
* Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
* Knowledge of child development, the early years curriculum and safeguarding children
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* A positive and nurturing approach to working with children

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education to children in the childcare setting
* Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the childcare setting
* Be flexible and able to adjust to different routines/settings
* Support the safeguarding of children
