Description
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Operations Team Lead to be responsible for supervising Branch Operations. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Processing Manager, the job responsibilities of the Operations Team Lead position include, but are not limited, to the following:
1. Manage submission process and provide daily updates for tracking file flow.
2. Manage pipeline assignments of processing staff to maintain equal distribution of files for efficient work flow.
3. Provide ongoing training and process updates to existing staff members.
4. Provide training and on boarding support for new corporate and branch personnel.
5. Provide processing expertise on complex files.
6. Monitor Pipeline for turn times to insure company standards are met or exceeded.
7. Monitor files for collection of loan documents and verification.
8. Assist and help when processors are absent or behind.
9. Increase closed loan volume while maintaining quality.
10. Accountable for quality and production of openers and processors.
11. Answers all post closing requests and stips.
12. Maintain High level of customer service.
13. Responsible for on-site training and communication completed at corporate office.
Qualifications
14. Proven in-depth experience in the mortgage industry.
15. High School Diploma or equivalent.
16. In depth knowledge of mortgage processing of all product types offered including but not limited to Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA loans.
17. Strong client service focus.
18. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
19. Flexible hours.
20. Organized and Solution Oriented.
21. Leadership skills and team player with a great attitude.
22. Ability to evaluate work flow to make process improvement increasing efficiency and communication.
