Your new role
As Senior Brand Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s internal and externalmunications strategy. This role is central to enhancing brand consistency, employee engagement, and stakeholdermunications across the business.
You will be responsible for:
1. Developing and executing group-widemunications strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Creating professional, engaging content for internal updates, trade media, digital platforms, and stakeholder presentations.
3. Leading internal campaigns that promotepany culture, employee recognition, and CSR initiatives.
4. Coordinating major events such as industry exhibitions, awards, and sustainability campaigns.
5. Managing external agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, sales, and operations to align messaging and support business development.
7. Translating technical information into accessible, brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
8. Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
9. A degree in Marketing,munications, PR, or a related field.
10. At least 5 years’ experience in a brand, internalmunications, or marketing role.
11. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplifyplex topics.
12. Proven experience managing agencies and coordinating multi-stakeholder campaigns or events.
13. Strong organisational and project management skills.
14. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
15. An understanding of or interest in the construction, manufacturing, or built environment sectors.
