Make an Impact at RSM UK
The role is part of a team of project managers and coordinators based in Milton Keynes, responsible for monitoring, controlling, and managing multi-country, multi-service outsourcing arrangements through our global network. The team handles significant outsourcing projects, working directly with UK client relationship holders and RSM international teams worldwide.
You'll make an impact by:
1. Reviewing the tracking tool daily to ensure all deliverables are on schedule, liaising with overseas teams and clients for updates, and proactively monitoring upcoming deadlines.
2. Assisting in preparing reports for client calls and meetings.
3. Managing the compliance tracking tool, including data entry and resolving system issues.
4. Handling client mailboxes, reviewing emails, and responding promptly to clients and international teams.
5. Addressing daily queries, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
6. Coordinating meetings, booking rooms, issuing invites, taking notes, and collating action points.
7. Supporting issue resolution and escalating matters as needed.
8. Managing billing schedules, reconciling invoices, and liaising on invoice queries.
9. Assisting with engagement letters and coordinating with teams and clients on related queries.
10. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team.
