Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the restaurant, drive performance, hit goals, and set the vibe.
* Build and lead a high-performing team.
* Train, coach, and motivate team members to exceed standards.
* Own KPIs and push the team to deliver every shift, every day.
* Manage all administrative tasks: rosters, stock, and reporting, ensuring smooth background operations.
* Create a guest experience that turns first-timers into regulars by crafting memorable moments.
Qualifications
* Lead from the front with confidence and clarity.
* Have successfully managed teams before and know how to bring out the best in people.
* Build strong, inclusive teams, handle tough conversations, and foster a culture where everyone feels seen.
* Run a tight ship: keep operations efficient, clean, and compliant, even when chaotic.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (Quarterly)
