We have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join a global B2B marketing agency who work with well‑known brands across the tech industry. They work fully remote with access to offices in London. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to be UK based.
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organised Project Coordinator who enjoys a varied day and keeps everything moving smoothly without dropping the ball. You’ll be a clear communicator who naturally balances projects and stakeholders, staying completely unfazed by complexity. With a solid grip on workflows and tools, you are the steady hand that keeps our project work on track and takes pressure in their stride.
The Day to Day
You’ll work across a number of flagship B2B technology accounts, supporting the account lead to ensure all workstreams are planned, managed and resourced effectively. Projects range from one‑off assets such as infographics, eGuides to brand development, creative concepting and messaging. Full‑funnel campaigns requiring multiple deliverables—social ads, infographics, eBooks, white papers, videos and more—often running concurrently and under tight deadlines. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining project timelines
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure every new project is well‑planned
* Monitoring progress and proactively flagging blockers, issues or risks
* Ensuring client workflows and internal processes are followed and documented
* Keeping internal stakeholders informed on project status
* Liaising with clients to provide regular updates and keep work on track
* Running weekly status meetings with the internal team to ensure projects are on track
In this role, you’ll ensure the account team is fully supported in delivering high‑quality work on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with the account team to understand each brief, and with our studio resource manager, in-house creative team, and freelancer network to ensure the right people are assigned to each project. You’ll actively track each project as it progresses to ensure things run smoothly from start to finish.
We’re Looking For...
* Proven experience managing complex marketing programmes
* Meticulous in maintaining project trackers, timelines and status reports
* Ability to manage multiple projects end to end—from scheduling to asset delivery
* Strong attention to detail when maintaining trackers, timelines and status reports
* Ability to identify and recommend improvements to reporting methods and workflows
* Skilled at resource allocation—matching tasks to the right people and monitoring availability, capacity and strengths across employees and freelancers
* Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
* Working knowledge of Asana
* Previous agency experience working with tech global clients a major plus
