Multi‑Skills Construction Lecturer
Full‑time 35 hours per week Greater Manchester. A forward‑thinking and rapidly developing further education provision in Greater Manchester is seeking a Multi‑Skills Construction Lecturer to join their team at an exciting new campus development. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing department and supporting learners up to Level 3 in a practical, hands‑on environment.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry‑relevant multi‑skills construction sessions, supporting students to develop core trade skills across disciplines. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and productive workshop environment, including conducting risk assessments and supporting learner progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver multi‑skills construction teaching up to Level 3
* Support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge
* Carry out risk assessments and maintain workshop safety standards
* Track and monitor learner progress and provide feedback
* Contribute to the development of a new and growing provision
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 qualification in a construction‑related discipline (essential)
* Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
* Ability to carry out risk assessments and maintain safe working environments
* A passion for supporting learners and developing future talent

Interview Process: The selection process will begin with an initial phone call, followed by a micro‑teach session and a formal interview.
Start Date: Ideally June, allowing time to prepare for the new academic year.
