Account Coordinator / Merchandiser- The Role * Responsible for ensuring customer requirements are achieved through all stages of the critical path from samples, orders, pre-production to final delivery. * Liaising with customers regarding orders, problem solving and making decisions, these must be done in conjunction with team leader / Director. * Attend customer meetings to ensure continued customer satisfaction and that all opportunities are capitalised on. * Reporting to the Team leader / Director with weekly and monthly updates, escalating issues where necessary. * To ensure effective communication at all levels, internally and externally. * Ad hoc duties as required by management. Account Coordinator / Merchandiser- The candidate * Ability to build excellent customer and supplier relations. * Excellent English language skills both verbal and written * IT literate with sound experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programmes. * Experience of managing fast-paced critical path. * Strong organisational skills. * Excellent time keeping and ability to meet short deadlines. * Capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. * Flexible approach to working to fast moving, changing demands. * Ad hoc duties as required by management. * Ideally worked on Men’s, boys woven & Jersey products or within clothing/ fashion Industry for a minimum or 1 year / experience in a similar role * Must have a full & permanent right to work in the UK.
