Marketing Assistant – Publishing Division

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic Publishing division, working across four established brands. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mix of digital and print publications, supporting content across websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns to grow audiences and boost engagement
* Collaborate with the team to create and distribute content across web, email, and social channels
* Maintain and update websites, working with external suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality
* Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights
* Support the creation and optimisation of email campaigns and newsletters
* Assist with online editorial content for ICON and OnOffice
About You
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop their marketing career. You’ll bring:
* A degree in Marketing or a related field
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and writing ability, with adaptability in tone of voice
* A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box
* Confidence, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects
* Experience in a similar role (internship or during studies)
* Familiarity with email platforms (e.g. Adestra) and CMS tools
* Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Interest in design, interiors, or home-focused content
