Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Europe Theatrical Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of theatrical marketing campaigns across the region. This role will work closely with the London based International and Europe Theatrical Marketing team, local marketing offices and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery and operational excellence across Amazon MGMs theatrical film slate.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands‑on experience in theatrical marketing, creative asset management, brand collaboration and regional campaign execution within a fast‑paced, international environment. The role reports into the Senior Theatrical Marketing Manager, Europe but will have to handle multiple stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
Creative Coordination
* Support the London based International Marketing, the Europe Theatrical Marketing team as well as local offices in the planning and execution of film marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation and effective cross‑functional coordination.
* Work closely with the Europe Senior Theatrical Marketing Manager and International Creative team to support campaign and creative trafficking, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on time.
* Support the delivery of brand partner campaigns, including coordinating title asset supply, managing creative approvals, and ensuring activations align with global and regional marketing positioning.
* Support the Europe Marketing and Media departments, as well as local offices and the International Marketing team, in facilitating pan‑regional digital marketing activations.
Analysis & Reporting
* Manage and maintain internal tracking tools, timelines and reporting dashboards to support campaign visibility and progress tracking.
* Prepare, update and maintain marketing reports, presentations and campaign documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support campaign planning and performance reviews.
Marketing Coordination
* Track and process marketing budgets, purchase orders and invoices for London based International and Europe theatrical marketing needs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to the London based International and Europe Theatrical Marketing team as required.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
* Experience in marketing coordination and/or marketing operations, ideally within entertainment or a related industry.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

* Interest in or exposure to theatrical, film or entertainment marketing.
* Analytical mindset with an interest in data, reporting and insights.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
* Willingness to learn, take ownership and grow within the role.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability.
* Bachelors degree or industry-equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
