CRM plays a critical role in how we build long-term customer relationships, we're now looking for a Senior CRM Executive to step in as a confident, hands-on operator who can own delivery, elevate execution quality, and scale our automation and personalisation capability.

This role is designed to fill a critical executional and capability gap within the CRM team, providing senior-level delivery, automation expertise, and cross-functional representation.

Success in a Senior CRM Executive role at H&B means building robust, scalable CRM automations and delivering high-quality campaigns, including supplier NPD, with clear ownership, strong performance insight, and faster turnaround. It also means elevating CRM's cross-functional impact, freeing managers to focus on strategy, revenue growth, and experimentation while ensuring CRM is consistently represented and valued across the business.

This role will be offered on a fixed term basis (6 months)

The Role

Own complex CRM automations and lifecycle journeys end-to-end (build, QA, launch, optimisation) across email, app and push using Braze.
Independently deliver high-quality CRM campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis, including supplier-led communications.
Drive advanced segmentation, targeting and personalisation using customer data, CDP integrations and dynamic content logic.
Own performance reporting and insight read-outs, translating data into clear optimisation actions.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, scalability and campaign effectiveness.
Act as CRM SME in cross-functional projects, representing the channel with confidence and clarity.
Support loyalty communications delivery and optimisation.
Champion best practice, mentor junior team members, and uphold high QA and executional standards.

The Person

Proven experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a multi-channel retail, ecommerce experience environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESPs like Dotdigital, Klavyio) and CDP-driven segmentation.
Confident building complex journeys, automations, and dynamic content.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising delivery, and managing stakeholders.
Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about customer-first communication
