Job Duties
* Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring that they receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
* Assist in the preparation and serving of food and drinks, adhering to company standards for quality and presentation.
* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times, ensuring that the bar area, equipment, and utensils are clean and well-maintained.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels, replenishing items as necessary and assisting with stock rotation to ensure freshness and availability.
* Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
* Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments, ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed correctly.
* Provide helpful and informative advice to guests, promoting the facilities and services on offer, and ensuring that any queries or concerns are addressed promptly.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills, staying up to date with new products and services.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
