A£32,000 - A£80,000 per annum
(This is a commission-only role. Sales executives earn approximately 30% per deal, averaging A£1000.)

Our client is a rapidly growing organisation specialising in lettings, property management, and supporting councils around London.
The Role
We are seeking ambitious and driven lettings negotiators/sales executives eager to work in a fast-paced environment where their efforts are recognized and rewarded.
You will facilitate property transactions and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate leads and seek new business opportunities through cold outreach.
2. Build relationships with prospective landlords and agents.
3. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to viewings and closing contracts.
4. Gather required information and documentation from landlords/agents.
5. Negotiate rental rates and contract terms.
6. Communicate effectively with the internal team sourcing tenants and additional services.
7. Nurture client relationships to ensure a smooth experience.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven ability to source and close deals.
2. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
3. Attention to detail and proficiency in record keeping.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
