About the role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen ALK’s digital presence and help drive our omnichannel marketing strategy, with a strong focus on engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs). In this role, you will manage and optimize ALK’s digital channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Working closely with local and international teams, you will co-create, implement, and continuously improve digital campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing HCP engagement, expanding prescriber networks, and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities Define and implement digital elements of ALK’s strategies in collaboration with cross-functional (international) teams. Translate omnichannel strategies into tactics across CRM, websites, email, and social media to engage HCPs effectively. Tailor digital messaging to HCPs at different stages of their journey, from awareness to expertise. Drive lead generation and lead nurturing to expand ALK’s HCP network and prescriber base. Track KPIs and campaign impact, turning data into actionable insights for marketing, medical, and sales teams. Maintain high-quality standards for digital data management and storage. Operate in compliance with pharmacovigilance and promotional regulations (ABPI). Your qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with Veeva Promomats and Veeva CRM (preferred). Strong knowledge of digital channels, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI). Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach. Flexible, pragmatic, and hands-on attitude. Strong communication skills, able to simplify digital concepts for non-technical audiences. Team player with an independent, responsible work style. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and spoken English. Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotion regulations. Why join us?
