IFA Administrator

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team of around 15 professionals who deliver truly personal financial planning. They support individuals, families, and business owners across Surrey and the South East. They provide a service that is consistently personalised and transparent.
You will play a key role in supporting our advisers and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client journey from start to finish. Ongoing training and genuine career development opportunities are available for those looking to grow within financial planning.
Benefits:
* £25,000–£30,000
* 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays

* Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours)

To be considered for this IFA admin position:
* 12months’ experience in an IFA or financial planning admin role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident in liaising with providers and clients
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
