An established and growing SME which is transitioning from Sage to Xero is seeking a Finance Manager to support the business owner and leadership team. The role can be offered on a full time or part-time basis. The Finance Manager will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while acting as a trusted partner to the Directors. They will lead a small finance and administration team and help translate financial data into practical, operational actions. Key responsibilities include: Ownership of budgeting, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts Oversight of invoicing, credit control and financial compliance Liaison with external accountants on quarterly accounts, payroll, VAT returns and year-end submissions Analysis of margins, cost of goods and profitability across products, projects and services Ensuring a smoooth transition for Sage to Xero IPS Finance has 45 years experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
