Protocol Education is currently recruiting for candidates who are either experienced in Teaching (with QTS) and looking for a more flexible role, or those who are looking to get into teaching and want to gain some paid experience in the classtom. The role is to work as a Cover Supervisor in Secondary Schools across Greater Manchester (United Kingdom). We have full-time and part-time options available.
Due to these roles being cover only, all planning and marking will be completed prior to your shift and available for you to access in order to successfully deliver your lessons. This would be an ideal position for an experienced teacher who perhaps wants to take a step back from full-time teaching and leave the planning and marking in the office! Alternatively, this role could be promising for an ECT who is looking to gain further teaching and classroom experience before embarking on their first permanent teaching role.
The schools we are working with are looking for Teachers, Graduates, and Unqualified Teachers to work on a flexible ADHOC basis, covering a wide variety of the curriculum in the absence of the classroom teacher. We have roles available on a day-to-day and long-term basis.
With our roles being flexible and on a ADHOC basis, we are looking for candidates who are able to work a minimum of 3 days a week, which we can then work around the days you are free on a week by week basis.
