We are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Leader who are ready to make a positive difference in the lives of young learners.


What You Will Do:

1. Lead a team of teachers and support staff.
2. Lead play-based lessons in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
3. Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
4. Create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
5. Assess and track student progress, providing personalised support.
6. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers.


Who You Are:

1. You have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Passionate about early childhood education.
3. Experience managing a team.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Adaptable and eager to grow in your teaching career.
