Audit Manager

Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to better understand their business needs.
* Lead the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency throughout the process.
* Supervise and guide audit team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Ensure all audit documentation adheres to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
* Provide comprehensive reports to management, highlighting key audit results and findings.
* Conduct follow-up audits to assess the impact of management's actions and decisions.
* Identify potential risks, recommend strategies for mitigation and suggest opportunities for cost saving measures.
* Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
* Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
* Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
* Proficiency in audit software and databases.
* Full clean drivers licence and access to vehicle.
* Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Strong independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
