£28200 per year basic
Full-time, or part-time (20 – 40 hours per week)
There are sales and then there are telesales roles and this is an amazing role for a successful telesales professional to get their teeth stuck in to! Staffing Innovations are working with an elite manufacturer of production line and packaging machinery.
In the last few months further products have been added to the company portfolio which provide opportunities for their existing market and several others.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads or setting appointments. This role is key to supporting our sales team and improving customer reach and engagement.
The Telemarketer will play a critical role in uncovering opportunities in existing and new markets we are working in. Tasks will include lead generation, managing sales documentation and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Any other duties relevant to this position. An opportunity for career development / promotion.
Base Salary
£28,200.00 Salary
Per Qualified Appointment
£25 each
Appointment must meet pre-defined quality criteria (see below)
Conversion Bonus
£150 per appointment that becomes a sale
Paid once sale is confirmed.
Monthly Appointment Bonus
£250 if 30+ qualified appointments/month
Annual Success Bonus
£500–£1,000 if 10+ of their leads convert in a year
