Overview
My client is seeking a skilled CAD / Revit Technician to support the production of detailed construction and remediation drawings across a portfolio of residential and façade remediation projects.
You will play a key role in translating design intent into coordinated, buildable technical information.
Key Responsibilities Of This CAD/REVIT Role
* Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
* Develop detailed façade remediation solutions, including cavity barriers, fire stopping, and cladding interfaces
* Coordinate drawing outputs with design, fire, and structural teams
* Prepare drawing packages for planning, Building Regulations approval, and construction
* Assist with as-built information and survey data integration
* Ensure all drawings comply with current Building Regulations and project specifications
Requirements Of This CAD/REVIT Role
* Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit experience advantageous)
* Experience producing detailed construction drawings
* Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Experience in residential or façade-related projects desirable
* High level of attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment
