Key Duties
* Undertake a structured training programme to develop roofing skills.
* Work at heights safely and follow all health and safety processes.
* Progress from in-house training to on-site practical experience.
* Continuously develop skills throughout the trainee period.
Requirements
* Must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
* Able to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully.
* Full UK driving licence.
* No previous experience required.
