Salary: £33,000 – £42,000 dependent on experience
Location: Remote with occasional onsite training as required
Contract: Full Time or Part Time opportunities available

Elmswood Academy is an innovative new online provision specialising in supporting children and young people with SEND, including SEMH needs. It operates in strategic partnership with Wellbrook Education, an experienced provider of independent special schools supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs.
Ideal Candidate
* Is passionate about inclusive education
* Can build positive relationships with young people
* Understands barriers to learning and engagement
* Can deliver engaging and adaptive online lessons
* Has experience supporting pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs
Key Responsibilities
* Teach English across KS3 and KS4
* Prepare pupils for GCSE/IGCSE examinations
* Support pupil engagement, progress and wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with families and professionals
* Contribute positively to the development of the provision
