We're on a mission to revolutionise the road freight sector by building a nationwide network of renewable refuelling and recharging hubs for HGVs and LGVs – and we’re looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to help make it happen.
🚀 About the Role
You’ll join a fast-moving, purpose-driven team helping to identify, evaluate, and secure key UK sites for clean transport infrastructure. Working directly with the Head of Land Acquisition, you’ll:
* Evaluate potential sites and present investment cases to decision-makers
* Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis
* Engage with real estate agents, landowners, and stakeholders
* Lead contract negotiations and planning submissions
* Use data and dashboards to track acquisition progress

🎓 What You’ll Bring
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Planning, Real Estate, or similar
* Analytical mindset and Excel/PowerPoint wizardry
* Experience in investment appraisal, infrastructure, energy, or logistics (a plus)
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Self-starter energy with a team-player attitude
