Our Busy Bees Rugby nursery is a purpose-built, Ofsted Outstanding setting with a capacity for 84 children. You’ll be leading a dedicated and experienced team in a welcoming environment that prioritizes quality, consistency, and strong relationships with families.

Required Qualifications
About You:
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. You will be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership ability along with excellent communication skills. Your strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail will help you prioritize your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education
