Our client an established Public Sector provider are looking for a Temporary Landlord and Tenant Surveyor :
Upto 500.00 per Day
LOC ; 3 months +
Hybrid role.Overview/Qualifications required :
Qualifications : Degree or equivalent in Land Management (or similar).
Full Membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Experience
Significant post qualification experience in valuing a variety of properties and for various needs
Significant post qualification experience in the asset management of a wide range of land and property both leasehold and freehold
Significant post qualification experience in Landlord and Tenant
Significant knowledge and experience in dealing with the appointment and monitoring of external agents and solicitors
Relevant Local Government experience
Experience in valuing a broad range of different types of property for all purposes including Asset
Valuations for accounting purposes
Knowledge of preparing Budgets/Spending profiles
Working knowledge of planning and construction matters
