Job Description

Specific responsibilities include:

* Assist with the Annual Rates Review across EMEA
* Reviewing Global business acceptance rate proposals - entering rates, validating discounts & rate levels
* Reviewing client fee arrangements to ensure system compliance
* General rates housekeeping to ensure existing system rates are correct
* Maintenance of SharePoint site of Agreed Client Rates for use within the Business
* Assist Rates team with complex Client Rate Agreements which need to be input into SAP
* Working collaboratively with the Pricing and global billing teams
* Undertake further duties as directed by Rates Supervisor and EMEA Working Capital Manager

Skills And Experience

* A team player with strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise at all levels.
* Adaptable and able to complete tasks without close supervision.
* Self-motivated and dedicated to task completion.
* Good attention to detail
* Highly numerate and problem solving skills.
* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and general familiarity with IT systems.
* Must be articulate and professional in delivery, with a well-developed sense of discretion.
* Must be flexible over hours and prepared to work occasional overtime when required, in particular at month ends.

The Team

* The Revenue Operations Team are located within the Newcastle Office and service many different EMEA wide Finance roles. This ensures effective delivery of Client Matters Set ups, Matter Maintenance, Billing and Credit Management work to the wider Finance and legal teams.
