Substantial experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role which includes experience of TUPE and complex conduct/grievance case management/resolution.
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to balance strategic and hands‑on work.
* Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
* Member/Corporate Member of the CIPD or qualified through experience, Disability Confident.
