About the Role
We’re a UK early‑years education provider looking for an Early Years Educator for our Tunbridge Wells nursery (TN4, Kent). The role involves delivering the N Curriculum, supporting daily routines, planning activities, observing children and maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
* Inspire learning through our play‑based N Curriculum.
* Support smooth daily routines – mealtimes to naptimes.
* Create and implement development‑focused activity plans.
* Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
* Ensure the classroom is safe, clean and engaging.
* Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice.
* Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate and share ideas.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with children in an early‑years environment.
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
* Genuine passion for education and improving children’s lives.
* Team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset.
* Confident communicator with a love for customer service.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday 20 hours per week, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.
