More About Your Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Worker to join our welcoming team in Huntingdon. In this role, you’ll provide support to homeless families and individuals living in our supported accommodation services.
Responsibilities
* Work within the scheme to support with the continued, safe provision of accommodation for the customers living in our schemes.
* Play a key role in signing up new customers to the service and supporting them through their housing journey.
* Work with the team, Group employees and outside agencies and professionals to deliver a holistic service that is of the highest standard.
* Work closely with our customers to develop a person‑centred support plan, and deliver housing management services.
Qualifications
You will have experience of housing management, working with vulnerable client groups, working in potentially challenging situations and with partner agencies. You must also have strong IT and communication skills. Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
