Overview

We are only able to accept applicants who have the right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance to the location of the job role. As a Care Assistant/Carer on our team, you'll care for our residents like they're your own family. It's all about looking after their physical, psychological and social needs, and day to day you'll help with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. All to make sure we remain the best quality, most highly regarded Care Provider in the United Kingdom.

We provide full training, so we’d also love to hear from you whatever your background. It’s important that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and you’re flexible enough to work shifts. Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant/Carer you will:

* Care for residents by addressing physical, psychological and social needs
* Assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and meals
* Support residents to maintain their independence and dignity


Requirements and Expectations

* Right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance to the role
* Full training provided
* Organised, good communication skills and flexibility to work shifts
* Willingness to pursue a career pathway within care (e.g., Nurse Associate)
