Complete waste audits (Including healthcare waste) within various locations in SGH and PAH using a mobile device/laptop. 2. Ensure audits are completed within agreed timescales. 3. Requirement to communicate with staff at various levels, including matrons, ward staff and contractors. 4. Auditing health care waste across the trust. 5. Use a VDU to complete waste audits and create audit result reports. 6. Provide operational support to colleagues if required, as directed by the Line Manager. 7. Attend any meetings relevant to the role. 8. Participate in the induction of new staff within the team, sharing knowledge and expertise of the administrative processes and functions. 9. Be proficient in the use of all electronic systems in relation to the role and undertake training as required if new technology/systems are introduced, to ensure competencies are maintained. Efficiencies of the administrative processes are maximised. 10. Following policy/procedure/guidelines.
