Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Support Specialist, located in Coleraine with some flexibility for remote work. The Support Specialist will provide excellent technical and customer support for the company’s geospatial and GovTech solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, analyzing technical problems, and assisting clients through effective communication and guidance. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance product functionality and provide customer feedback is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve technical or process issues efficiently.
* Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address software, system, or user-related challenges.
* Demonstrated excellence in Customer Support and Communication to engage with clients professionally and clearly.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote work.
* Familiarity with GIS technology or experience in GovTech solutions is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
* High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
