Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Bartenderfor our Pavyllon Restaurant and Bar Antoine by Yannick Alléno.
Chef Yannick Alléno is one of Frances most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The Worlds 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Allénos philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
Your Role:
As a Bartender, you will assist the Bar team to consistently provide impeccable service to guests of our new Yannick Alléno concept. Passionate about mixology and beverage craftsmanship, you will play a key role in delivering a magical and memorable experience for every guest. Through your flair, charisma, and expert knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, youll surprise and delight with every pour.
What you will do:
* Create and serve innovative, high-quality cocktails and drinks in line with the creative vision of Bar Antoine.
* Engage guests with warmth, personality, and expertise, crafting a tailored experience with every interaction.
* Maintain the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Support the team during service, ensuring consistency and excellence at all times.
* Keep up to date with current drink trends, seasonal offerings, and new techniques.
* Collaborate with the Head Bartender and Bar Manager to evolve the cocktail menu and beverage pairings.
* Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
What you bring:
* Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel bar environment.
* A passion for cocktails, wines, and spirits with strong knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and trends.
* Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication and guest service skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
* Knowledge of French or European cuisine and beverage culture is a plus.
