Salary: £32,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team based in Fitzrovia, looking after a portfolio of around 115 properties. You will have good experience of dealing with multiple personalities - Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. A good understanding of all aspects of Property Management, HMO, Selective licensing along with knowledge of fire safety regulations is essential. The ideal candidate will be organised with great record keeping, punctual, well presented, and confident to oversee a Junior Assistant Property Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing a Portfolio of Properties
2. Key Management
3. Sending welcome letters, inventories, and rent codes
4. Right to rents
5. Updating database
6. Booking checkouts
7. Renewals and tenant swaps
8. Arranging reactive and planned maintenance
9. Carrying out property inspections
10. Adhoc duties
The Individual:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
3. Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude
