Candidate Requirements:
* Passionate about putting people first
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Understanding of CQC requirements
* Experience managing complex care packages with clinical interventions (e.g., spinal injuries, brain injuries, MND, MS)
* Experience leading healthcare teams
* Driver with access to own car
Core Responsibilities:
* Manage caseloads of clients with complex clinical needs
* Coordinate and oversee care package transitions, start-ups, and continuity
* Maintain high standards of person-centred care and safety
* Advocate for clients, handle complaints, and promote safeguarding
* Develop care plans and conduct risk assessments
* Support your team through observations, mentoring, and reviews
