About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive, and well-resourced school in Poole.

This is a full time, immediate start position, with opportunities to support pupils across Early Years and other year groups within the school. Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support to pupils in Early Years and across age ranges when needed
* Assist with sensory and play-based learning activities
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement
* Work closely with teachers and therapists, following guidance and plans
* Support personal care, communication development, and daily routines

Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
* A minimum of 6 months childcare experience, specifically supporting children with SEN needs
* A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience from a nursery, childcare, or SEN setting is highly desirable, but candidates with transferable experience are welcome to apply.
