The Opportunity
As a member of Eviden’s Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) Practice, you will work within a fast-paced consulting environment with over 850 experts worldwide. We have delivered award-winning projects recognized by the UK Management Consultancies Association.
Within this role, you will join the Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience team, responsible for leading clients from insights to experience transformation, including services like discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management, and experience measurement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Government Digital Service (GDS) Agile Delivery Framework and proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end digital products for government clients.
Note: This role is UK-based and may require UK travel. The candidate should also be capable of obtaining Security Clearance for UK public sector work.
Role and Responsibilities
* Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
* Combine industry trends, user needs, and business goals to set priorities for delivery teams.
* Manage product backlog, prioritizing features, user stories, and initiatives based on value and feasibility.
* Oversee agile development cycles to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Ensure solutions meet business and user needs within technical constraints.
* Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and updates to stakeholders.
* Define and monitor KPIs for product success.
* Identify and mitigate product risks and issues.
* Engage with users and stakeholders to understand their pain points and needs.
* Represent the voice of the customer within the company.
* Maintain stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and collaborative skills.
* Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering an open culture.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience designing and delivering digital products within the GDS Agile framework.
* Knowledge of the full design lifecycle: discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management, and measurement.
* Understanding of agile methodologies and mindset.
* Proven User-Centered Design services delivery.
* Ability to build relationships with clients and users.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making.
* Understanding user needs through evidence, translating stories into design solutions.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, especially development teams.
* Experience in large-scale software delivery and support organizations.
* Passion for learning new technologies and improving team outputs and customer outcomes.
Desirable Skills
* At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Customer Experience.
* Experience with GDS assessments.
* Knowledge of Service Design, Scaled Agile, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, or similar.
* Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
