What will I be doing?
You’ll be learning about the critical elements of the plant, making sure everything runs safely and efficiently, in a way that complies with environmental legislation. It means continuously monitoring, controlling, assessing, and adjusting plant processes, and applying your expertise to any problems that arise.
What are the requirements?
* You must have an interest in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
* You must be able to travel to and from site outside of normal working hours.
* Ideally, you will have Maths, English, and Science GCSE at grade C (4) or higher.
* You must be able to work and interact effectively within a team.
* You must have good time management skills and the ability to complete work on time.
* Ideally, you will have good IT system knowledge.
* It would be beneficial if you have a Process Plant Operations (O610) qualification, but it is not essential.
You cannot have another level 3 qualification related to this qualification in order to qualify for this apprenticeship.
