About the Role
The company is looking for a driven and organised Internal Sales Staff to lead outbound sales activity focused on cold calling existing customers. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships, increasing repeat business, and identifying new sales opportunities within our current customer base.
Marketing experience is an advantage, as the role works closely with campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute outbound cold-calling activity to existing customers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Track performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
Work closely with marketing to align sales calls with campaigns and offers
Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and objections
Ensure a professional, compliant, and customer-focused sales approach
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management
Experience with cold calling, ideally within an existing customer base
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Marketing experience or campaign exposure is a strong advantage
Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Ability to manage targets, performance, and deadlines
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
