Data and Insights Lead
Location: Aylesbury, hybrid role with weekly office attendance
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (substantial part-time e.g. 28+ hours considered)
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)
Contract: Two-year, fixed-term contract
Data and insights are crucial to everything we want to achieve. This exciting new role will help us understand and improve how we use data and insights to inform our strategic development. Importantly, you will help us reach new audiences and inform our investment into new activities.
However, your role will cover a broader remit across the organisation, leading and implementing data and impact strategies. This is the perfect role for someone who has:
* Solid experience of gathering and interrogating data and insights, with fantastic analytical skills.
* Creative, strategic and with a solid understanding of what good impact looks like.
* Excellent digital skills and the ability to understand a wide range of data sources and insights.
* A team player who can communicate and collaborate effectively.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of office-based and home-working. Proximity to Aylesbury is essential, as the postholder will be required to attend the office a minimum of once a week and more frequently during the induction period, as needed for meetings or to meet the needs of the role.
