TBCo is seeking a talented Buying & Merchandising Assistant to join our dynamic team in Leith, Edinburgh. What you'll be doing: Product Lifecycle Management: Supporting the product journey from design to final product through SKU creation, sample management, attending fit sessions and beyond. Supplier Collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers & freight forwarders, managing shipment intakes and tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries. Data Analysis and Reporting: Ensuring data accuracy to provide essential insights to support informed decision-making. Quality Control: Maintain high product standards through rigorous quality checks. Sustainability Focus: Contribute to our commitment to a greener future by supporting EPR and Net Zero initiatives. Team Collaboration: Gain insight across the business. Lend a hand to the wider team, including photoshoot assistance and retail support. What we're looking for: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about design leading product Interest in sustainability Excel/Google Sheet/Numbers knowledge This is a full time entry level role, any relevant Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
