The Role
We are seeking a dedicated, organised, and professional Area Coordinator to oversee teams and vehicle operations within a designated area. As a key part of our first-line support, you will manage daily business activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient solutions to challenges. This role requires strong communication skills, great attention to detail, an ability to think logically under pressure, and a willingness to learn. You'll play a critical role in route planning, problem-solving, and delivering cost-effective solutions, while providing support and leadership to your team.
Key Responsibilities
· Operational Oversight: Ensure all jobs are completed on time, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Strategic Planning: Plan routes and schedules in a logical, cost-effective, and timely manner.
· Pricing Management: Accurately price all jobs within your area, ensuring consistency.
· Support & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for teams and contractors, addressing issues efficiently and maintaining professionalism.
· Vehicle Management: Oversee vehicle servicing, repairs, and cleanliness to ensure optimal performance.
· Administrative Assistance: Support with quoting and pricing complex jobs.
· Contractor Network: Build and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure operational support during busy periods.

· Annual leave: 20 days, increasing by 1 day every 6 months (up to 25 days), plus bank holidays.

Minimum Requirements
· Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
Experience:
· Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
