Role Overview: 9 month Maternity cover Department HR sits within the People Team where, as a team, we deliver the full employee life cycle. We are a supportive and friendly team of professionals who support the UK and satellite offices in all 'People and HR' matters. Role Duties Solid HR Generalist skills A comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice Effective use of our HRIS and developing continual improvements Experience of working with managers on Employee Relations across absence management and performance improvement plans Experience of working with different levels of stakeholder Assisting with performance reviews and appraisals including evaluating feedback and addressing training needs of employees Work closely with the team, be collaborative, ideas driven, positive, commercials and communicate this well Support and help deliver company and departmental goals Assist with admin and reporting and drive analysis from them Support Head of HR and the team across the business in all things HR Is this you? Previous (min 4 years) HR Advisor level experience essential 'Can do', 'role you sleeves up' attitude Competent knowledge of UK Employment Law CIPD level 5/7 preferable Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong IT and systems skills.
