Schedule
* Full-time second shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
* Rotating Saturday schedule
Compensation
* Hourly pay rates starting between $24 and $32 per hour D.O.E.
* Overtime pay rate time and a half, up to 5 hours of overtime available weekly

Duties And Responsibilities
* Be a positive first point of contact for customers
* Clearly listen and understand the customer's vehicle needs
* Writing up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
* Communicate vehicle needs clearly to the technician
* Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keep customers updated.
* Maintain a professional manner at all times
* Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments and return all customer call inquiries
Requirements - Service Advisor
* Service Advisor experience: 1 year
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
* Ability to multi-task
* Heavy Duty truck experience preferred
* Must have great customer service skills.
* Valid Driver's License
