Part-Time Administrator - Waterloo House
Do you have a friendly, professional manner and a flair for organisation? We're looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join our team at Waterloo House and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our home is more than just a place to live – it's a warm, welcoming community with a genuine family-like atmosphere where residents, families, and staff feel truly valued.
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll be the first friendly face that residents, families, and visitors meet, while also ensuring that our home's administrative and financial systems are accurate, well-organised, and compliant.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing a warm, welcoming front-of-house service for residents, families, and visitors
* Supporting payroll and staff monitoring processes
* Managing accounts, invoices, and supplier payments
* Overseeing banking, petty cash, and resident personal funds
* Liaising with funding authorities and families regarding fees
* Supporting purchasing and budget monitoring
* Keeping the office environment professional, organised, and approachable
