This is a fast-paced, high-volume operation where your ability to lead from the front will make all the difference. You'll inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and great-tasting food, every single time.
You'll be joining a team with fantastic retention, many of the current team have been here 5+ years. That means you'll be leading experienced people who know the business well, while continuing to raise standards, build capability and drive performance even further.
What You'll Be Doing
* Create a positive, motivated team culture. Set clear expectations, provide direction and role-model the standards you expect in a busy, quick-service environment
* Take ownership of results. Monitor team and individual performance, provide regular feedback and coaching, and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
* Champion service excellence. Handle feedback confidently, resolve challenges quickly, and continually look for ways to enhance the guest journey.
* Oversee rotas, labour control, stock, and budgets to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Support ongoing training and career progression, building capability and future leaders within your team.
* Maintain high health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies and Burger King brand standards.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role within a fast-paced food service environment.
* A confident people leader who can motivate, challenge and develop a team.
Comfortable managing high volume while maintaining strong attention to detail.
