:
• Develops global strategic roadmap for EM & APAC Channel management excellence to include Compliance, Regulatory needs, training programs, Incentives, Ethics, Contracts, GTM Optimization, Business Reviews, performance management…..improving Sales Operations team
• Leads team of Channel Management Managers to drive Channel Partner Management excellence within the territory to enable accelerated growth & channel efficiency.
• Leads annual GTM review process and ensures accountability of Go To Market strategies and optimum distributor footprint aligned with MBD Strategy
• Ensures clear processes and execution for Onboarding, Offboarding and Channel portfolio changes and ensures execution of go the strategies and activities aligned with established processes
• Leads and drives global process improvement design, gains business alignment and ensures implementation of outstanding processes to support global EM and APAC sales and drive growth
• Improves Sales Operations to enable tools to follow our channel partners’ performance and market intelligence
• To be the Compliance & Securimate and Channel partner contract go to for MBD and advocate for up to date distributor contracts across the Division
• Drives analytics improving from Sales Operations and brings together market data to identify short, mid and long term opportunities, gaps and risks to support Commercial teams
• Works closely with Regulatory to ensure results are met for Product registration needs and revenue is realized / risk is mitigated.
• Partner Customer Service to improve communication and support for Channel Partners
• Stays close to Operations driving efficient forecasting and Order Book execution processes and builds in metrics to help Sales team
• Drives Distributor Satisfaction Survey and leads actions to improve the results
Experience, skills & abilities required:
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field related to operations, customer care, etc in Healthcare Industry
• Additional business course in finance, business and sales management is desirable.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a people management role with 5+ direct reports is a must.
• Demonstrable skills in Leadership, Managing & Coaching, Analytical and Administrative Skills, Team Hiring and Development, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, and Good Judgment.
• Previous experience of leading teams in the field of Sales or Channel Partner Operations / Customer care / Supply Chain Operations / .
