The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business based in Lisburn. Due to ongoing growth they are keen to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy Finance team.
The Right Role
* Assist with processing purchase invoices and matching GRNs/POs
* Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries
* Support weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
* Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
* Assist with payment runs and petty cash management
* Input and verify data on accounting software
The Right Fit
* 1-2 years experience in an Accounts / Finance role
* Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
